The traditional trapezoidal belt and the double-toothed belt are made of thread and rubber, reinforced with an ARAMID FIBER insert.

The fiber is mixed with the rubber, along the length of the belt, to contribute to a correct transmission of power and at the same time increase resistance to overheating and abrasion.

The serration reduces the stress caused by tensile flexing and heat build-up. The lateral cut allows an excellent seating of the belt on the transmission pulley.

The braiding is particularly resistant to eventual loads at certain points of the belt. Its interlocking reinforcement on the inside and outside of the belt increases the traction stability of the vehicle.
