When the engine is running, friction and heat are automatically generated. Therefore, the motor must be cooled in the best possible way to avoid overheating.

Water coolers are made up of tubes with fins between them. Coolant flows through these tubes. A continuous flow of air cools the fluid and thus prevents the motor from overheating.

Variants of the water cooler:

Mechanically Plugged Cooler:

- Production that saves costs and energy

- Round tubes fully inserted through the fins

- Less air space between tubes and fins

- Lower heat transfer / cooling capacity
