Delta Clutch

Delta Clutch is a clutch born in the scooter racing environment and soon became the reference instrument for vehicle tuning.

The simplicity of the system allows, in a very short time, to regulate the tension of the antagonistic spring to the centrifugal force and the possibility of replacing the spring itself with others with a different K, indicated in the Malossi catalogue.

The other prerogative is to vary the position of the mass that determines the pressure of the friction material against the internal walls of the hood and the possibility of replacing the mass itself with another of a different weight.

The entire system is patented to protect it from counterfeiters and copycats who blatantly try to circumvent the invention by any means.

Over time Delta has had the recognition of all the most qualified technicians and the facts prove it, as it is adopted by all the competition teams and by a vast sports clientele, which produce a continuous increase in sales.

As is natural for Malossi, the product has always been followed along its entire path: Delta has been optimized day by day with small but important modifications to keep the product always at the forefront.

Bell in mild steel DC04, obtained by cold molding;

Central bolt in carbon steel extracted from bar and added by Tig welding;

Morbid nitriding thermochemical treatment;

Reinforcing ring alloyed in carbon steel obtained by chip extraction with surface treatment of burnishing, jammed with interference;

Dynamically balanced at 100%.
