Fly Clutch

Fly clutch is a reinforced centrifugal clutch created to quickly overcome difficult routes such as, for example, frequent starts on mountain routes, or in urban traffic, full of traffic lights, especially with a passenger on board, during hot seasons when it is impossible to have low check the temperatures.

Fly has greatly benefited from Malossi''''s experience, the result of research and thousands of tests carried out on the ground during scooter competitions.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

Bell in mild steel DC04, obtained by cold molding;

Central bolt in carbon steel extracted from bar and added by Tig welding;

Stamped anti-vibration plate and fixed by 3 welding points placed at 1200 from each other;

Balanced followed 100% throughout the production;

Morbid nitriding heat treatment.
