OVER RANGE, the new Malossi transmission system This new transmission system takes advantage of the Malossi components that have already been on sale since last year, adding some innovative details so that the entire system adapts to the enormous powers at stake. This new system is based on the new torque corrector fixed pulley, which has a larger diameter and state-of-the-art technology. The larger diameter of this pulley allows for a significantly greater gear ratio range than the original pulley, which has a significantly smaller outside diameter. Malossi technicians have taken care of even the smallest detail in the manufacture of this pulley, using special materials and a specific thermochemical treatment to increase its resistance to wear and abrasion, as well as to give it great mechanical resistance. This new fixed pulley has been designed to work perfectly together with the Malossi Torque Driver, which has the same diameter as the fixed pulley. In order to make the most of the range of the new torque corrector and the power available today in competition vehicles, a new Malossi Kevlar® (K) timing belt has been included, with an increased section and revised length, to ensure maximum performance in any operating condition. To complete the renewal of the transmission system, and thus take advantage of its exceptional technical characteristics, the Multivar variator has also been renewed with new roller tracks and a new hub. This new variator is the evolution of the previous generations, the result of the experience gained over many years on the competition circuits and the Cad-Cam technology currently available, which allows technical results to be obtained at the highest level.

To complete the OVER RANGE system, there is the patented adjustable Delta Clutch and the reinforced Malossi Wing Clutch Bell (these products are not included in the kit).
