The Polini contrast springs with EVO SLIDER designed with wear-resistant and self-lubricating material allow the Speed Drive mobile half-pulley to slip constantly. Polini has created contrast springs for the rear mobile half-pulley to adapt them to the additional load due to tuned engines that deliver more power and torque. Polini contrast springs prevent belt slippage and consequent premature wear by applying a variable additional load of 10% for Maxiscooters and 7% (White spring) or 15% (Blue spring) for 50 scooters. in any case, mount this type of springs only if strictly necessary, the best performance will in fact always be obtained using the spring which, with less load, allows optimal power transmission.
