YSS fork valving turns a conventional fork into a controlled feel with better road contact. CAD developed and hardened from extremely light 6061 T6 aluminum with 65 Rockwell.

Finely adjustable and usable for almost all fork diameters.

A sophisticated system of valve ports changes the flow of oil in the fork in such a way that contact with the road and feedback is much more direct.

This gives the driver a sense of security and a feel for the road surface.

Area of Use: On-road, off-road, racing and touring applications.

The fork valves are prepared for the corresponding fork diameter.

Subsequent fine adjustment can be made by the amount of oil or other oil viscosity.

Operating principle:

The YSS fork valve is inserted between the piston rod and the fork spring. For this it is important to know in advance the inside diameter of the dip tube and the hole in the piston rod.

Fine adjustment of the fork valve is possible with little effort after installation:

The fork bridge should be released, the fork oil drained and the fork valve lifted up.

The adjustment screw can be re-tightened or loosened in 2-turn steps with an Allen key.

Remember to first turn the top screw and then tighten the bottom stop nut.
