Assembly instructions:
Place the bike on a kickstand with the rear wheel off the ground
Remove the chain and wheel from the motorcycle
Hold the hex key and loosen the nuts with a spanner
Remove all the nuts and the old crown
Clean around the hub making sure it is clean and free of debris
Take the new crown and place it on the hub making sure it is snug and the screw holes are in place
Clean the crown bolts and nuts
Apply Blue Loctite to each screw and insert them into the holes
Thread the nuts onto the bolts by hand, making sure the retainers are intact and in good condition.
Hold the hex key and tighten the nuts in an even pattern
Tighten the nuts and bolts according to the owner's manual.
Refit the wheel making sure the chain is properly aligned and tightened to manufacturer's specifications
