TRW Floating Brake Disc RACING 7880253

All brake discs have ABE approval, including for scooters.

The discs are wear-resistant and have a lifespan up to 30% longer compared to some similar replacement parts.

All variants: Allround, RAC and EC-offroad discs, are made of hardened steel and are extremely resistant to deformation.

The precise grinding of the surface (thickness deviation of 2/100 mm) prevents vibrations and improves the adaptation of the coatings.

A uniform rise and fall in temperature allows for a constant pressure point.

The floating brake discs have inner rings milled from aluminum and anodized in titanium color.
The floating discs do not rattle, as the high-quality stainless steel floats are kept taut with wave washers.

A new special alloy prevents excessive corrosion.
Laser technology allows for a lightweight construction with fine contours.

Each brake disc can be used individually with brake pads from the TRW-Lucas range.
