All brake discs have ABE approval, including for scooters.

The discs exhibit low wear and have a lifespan up to 30% longer compared to some similar replacement parts.

All variants: Allround, RAC and EC-offroad discs, are made of hardened steel and are extremely resistant to deformation.

Precise surface polishing (thickness deviation of 2/100 mm) prevents vibrations and improves coating adaptation.

A uniform rise and fall in temperature allows for a constant pressure point.


A new special alloy prevents excessive corrosion.
Laser technology allows for a lightweight construction with fine contours.

Each brake disc can be used individually with brake pads from the TRW-Lucas range.
