ZF Dual sprockets are among the highest quality and most technically advanced sprockets in the world.
 
The secret lies in the combination of the durability of steel and the lightness of duralumin.
This aluminum alloy is characterized by its enormous resistance and tightness, as well as its low weight.
 
Its tensile strength is about 11 times greater than that of pure aluminum. Through hardening, duralumin achieves almost the strength of steel.
The result is less weight and greater durability.
 
The milling at the base of the sprocket teeth ensures optimal self-cleaning. This milling prevents dirt from accumulating between the teeth, thus reducing wear on the chain and sprocket.
 
The durability of ZF-Dual sprockets is approximately three times higher than that of pure aluminum sprockets and they are 50% lighter than steel sprockets.
