MAXI SEAL WE-Set combined repair bodies, with guide wire.

The repair probes have an integrated guide wire that simplifies the insertion of the probes into the suture channel.

By using Super-Solution as a vulcanization accelerator, the chemical coating on the probes is activated and self-vulcanization occurs.

By using components specified by us, damages are safely and professionally repaired and the tire can be used again without restriction, in accordance with the tire specifications.

A professional repair does not restrict the tire's specifications.

Area of application:

MAXI SEAL can be used for radial and crossover tires.

Please use the repair bodies only in the tread area.

Super-Solution is recommended as a vulcanization accelerator.

Please also note the repair tables on our packaging.

Processing/brief description:

After dismounting the tire, mark the damaged area and remove the foreign body.

Treat the vulcanization area on the tire professionally according to the instructions and cover it with Super-Solution.

Coat the probe shaft with Super-Solution and insert it into the drill channel using the guide wire until the tapered part of the repair round protrudes 3-4mm outside the tire.

Pull this piece along with the guide pin using pliers (do not pull on the pin).

Roll/press the patch well on the inside and cover it with the inner lining.
