BMC Interchange Air Filter

The knowledge acquired on the race tracks is incorporated directly into the production of the series filters,

Filters are made of a single rubber frame to prevent breakage.

The filter element is made of a special cotton fabric (4 layers) soaked in a low-tack oil.

It is made up of an aluminum mesh treated with an epoxy solution to resist gasoline vapors and rust.

In addition, cotton has the advantage of being washable and reusable.

These features ensure higher air flow than original paper filters, minimal incoming air pressure drop and therefore better engine performance.
