TRW Floating brake disc RACING 788.02.48

All brake discs have an ABE, also for scooters.

Discs are low wear and have 30% longer life compared to some comparable replacement parts.

All variants: Allround, RAC and EC off-road discs, made of extremely dimensionally stable and hardened steel.

The precise grinding of the surface (thickness deviation of 2/100 mm) prevents vibrations and improves the adaptation of the pads.

Uniform temperature build-up and release allows for a consistent pressure point.

The floating brake discs have internal rings milled from titanium-colored anodized aluminium.

The floating discs do not rattle, because the high-quality stainless steel floats are held taut by the corrugated discs.

A new special alloy prevents excessive corrosion.

Laser technology allows for a lightweight construction with fine contours.

Each brake disc can be individually actuated with brake pads from the TRW-Lucas range.
