TRW Floating brake disc RACING 788.02.31

All brake discs have an ABE, also for scooters.



The discs are low-wear and have a service life that is up to 30% longer than some comparable replacement parts.



All variants: Allround, RAC and EC-offroad discs, are made of hardened steel and extremely stable in their dimensions.



The precise grinding of the surface (thickness deviation of 2 / 100mm) prevents vibrations and improves the adaptation of the coatings.



A uniform build-up and decrease in temperature allows for a constant pressure point.



The floating brake discs have aluminum-milled titanium-colored anodized inner rings.

Floating panels do not vibrate because high quality stainless steel floats are held in tension with corrugated washers.



A new special alloy prevents excessive corrosion.

Laser technology allows for a lightweight construction with fine contours.



Each brake disc can be individually actuated with brake pads from the TRW-Lucas range.
