Precise surface polishing (2/100mm thickness deviation) prevents vibrations and improves pad fit.

A uniform rise and fall in temperature allows for a constant pressure point.

Floating brake discs have titanium anodized aluminum inner rings.

Floating windows don't rattle because high-quality stainless steel floats are held in tension by corrugated discs.

A new special alloy prevents excessive corrosion.

Laser technology allows for a lightweight design with fine contours.

Each brake disc can be individually actuated with brake pads from the TRW-Lucas range.
