TRW Floating brake disc RACING 788.00.06

All brake discs have an ABE, also for scooters.

Discs are low-wear and have up to 30% longer life than some comparable replacement parts.

All variants: Allround, RAC and EC off-road discs are made of extremely dimensionally stable and hardened steel.

The precise grinding of the surface (thickness deviation of 2/100 mm) prevents vibrations and improves the adaptation of the pads.

Uniform temperature buildup and breakdown allows for a constant pressure point.

Floating brake discs have aluminum-machined, titanium-anodized inner rings.

The floating panels do not make noise, because the high-quality stainless steel floats are held taut with corrugated discs.

A new special alloy prevents excessive corrosion.

Laser technology allows for a lightweight construction with fine contours.

Each brake disc can be individually driven with brake pads from the TRW-Lucas range.
