Las válvulas de horquilla YSS convierten una horquilla convencional en una sensación controlada con un mejor contacto con la carretera. CAD desarrollado y endurecido a partir de aluminio 6061 T6 extremadamente ligero con 65 Rockwell.
Finamente ajustable y utilizable para casi todos los diámetros de horquilla.
Un sofisticado sistema de orificios en la válvula cambia el flujo de aceite en la horquilla de tal manera que el contacto con la carretera y la retroalimentación son mucho más directos.
Esto le da al conductor una sensación de seguridad y una sensación de la superficie de la carretera.
Área de uso: aplicaciones en carretera, todo terreno, carreras y turismo.
Las válvulas de horquilla vienen preparadas para el diámetro de horquilla correspondiente.
Se puede realizar un ajuste fino posterior por la cantidad de aceite u otra viscosidad del aceite.
Principio de funcionamiento:
La válvula de horquilla YSS se inserta entre el vástago del pistón y el resorte de la horquilla. Para ello es importante conocer de antemano el diámetro interior del tubo de inmersión y el orificio en el vástago del pistón.
El ajuste fino de la válvula de horquilla es posible con poco esfuerzo después de la instalación:
Se debe soltar el puente de la horquilla, extraer el aceite de la horquilla y levantar la válvula de la horquilla hacia arriba.
El tornillo de ajuste se puede volver a apretar o aflojar en pasos de 2 vueltas con una llave Allen.
Recuerde primero girar el tornillo superior y luego apretar la tuerca de tope inferior.

Las válvulas de horquilla YSS convierten una horquilla convencional en una sensación controlada con un mejor contacto con la carretera. CAD desarrollado y endurecido a partir de aluminio 6061 T6 extremadamente ligero con 65 Rockwell.
Finamente ajustable y utilizable para casi todos los diámetros de horquilla.
Un sofisticado sistema de orificios en la válvula cambia el flujo de aceite en la horquilla de tal manera que el contacto con la carretera y la retroalimentación son mucho más directos.
Esto le da al conductor una sensación de seguridad y una sensación de la superficie de la carretera.
Área de uso: aplicaciones en carretera, todo terreno, carreras y turismo.
Las válvulas de horquilla vienen preparadas para el diámetro de horquilla correspondiente.
Se puede realizar un ajuste fino posterior por la cantidad de aceite u otra viscosidad del aceite.
Principio de funcionamiento:
La válvula de horquilla YSS se inserta entre el vástago del pistón y el resorte de la horquilla. Para ello es importante conocer de antemano el diámetro interior del tubo de inmersión y el orificio en el vástago del pistón.
El ajuste fino de la válvula de horquilla es posible con poco esfuerzo después de la instalación:
Se debe soltar el puente de la horquilla, extraer el aceite de la horquilla y levantar la válvula de la horquilla hacia arriba.
El tornillo de ajuste se puede volver a apretar o aflojar en pasos de 2 vueltas con una llave Allen.
Recuerde primero girar el tornillo superior y luego apretar la tuerca de tope inferior.
