The temperature generated inside the casing where the variators with trapezoidal belt operate at certain moments is prohibitive, and at some times certain parts, such as the transmission belt and the variator rollers, suffer irreparable damage and sometimes the rollers can reach the melting point
Compatible with Multivar and original variator
Important for assembly: Replace the original fixed half-pulley with the Malossi fixed half-pulley, reusing the same spacers mounted originally. Tighten respecting the tightening torque specified by the vehicle manufacturer
