OVER RANGE, the new transmission system from Malossi This new transmission system takes advantage of the components from Malossi that have been on sale since last year, adding some innovative details to ensure the entire system adapts to the enormous powers involved. This new system is based on the new fixed pulley of the torque corrector, which features a larger diameter and cutting-edge technology. The larger diameter of this pulley allows for a significantly larger transmission ratio range compared to the original pulley, which has a considerably smaller outer diameter. Malossi technicians have paid attention to every detail in the manufacturing of this pulley, using special materials and a specific thermochemical treatment to increase its wear and abrasion resistance, as well as providing it with great mechanical strength. This new fixed pulley has been designed to work perfectly with the Malossi Torque Driver torque corrector, which has the same diameter as the fixed pulley. To maximize the range of the new torque corrector and the power available in today's competition vehicles, a new Malossi ARAMID FIBER® (K) toothed belt with increased section and revised length has been included to ensure maximum performance under any operating conditions. To complete the transmission system renewal and to take full advantage of its exceptional technical characteristics, the Multivar variator has also been renewed with new roller tracks and a new axle. This new variator is the evolution of previous generations, the result of years of experience on competition circuits and the current CAD-CAM technology available, which allows for top-level technical results.

To complete the OVER RANGE system, there is the patented adjustable Delta Clutch and the reinforced Malossi Wing Clutch Bell (these products are not included in the kit).
