RCM (REVOLUTION COUNTER MOTORBIKE), is a precision instrument that TEXA has designed to measure the number of engine revolutions of motorcycles.
The measurement of the engine rotation speed is essential to guarantee the compliance of the motorcycle with the current MCTCNet 2 regulation that regulates the modalities of carrying out the revisions.
RCM allows the measurement of the number of revolutions without having to connect cables and sensors to the motorcycle, thus guaranteeing ease and the reduction of the time for carrying out the test by the authorized workshop.
Simple and automatic measurement
RCM makes the measurement using a built-in antenna that analyzes the repetition frequency of the engine firing.
It does not need cables and is self-powered with rechargeable batteries; the configurations of the number of cylinders and number of times of the engine is made through the keyboard, the reading of the revolutions is made on its practical graphic display.
The instrument signals correct detection by activating the green LED. The measurement can be communicated to the PC used for the review, through the Bluetooth or serial RS232 connection.
