This new system is applied to the new Multivar MHR Next variable frequency drive, which, combined with the other components, allows for truly unique performance!
The Torque Driver (movable pulley) has a larger diameter, compared to the original and with its absolutely cutting-edge technological feature, it allows obtaining a significantly higher elongation of the transmission development compared to the original pulley.
Malossi technicians have controlled down to the smallest detail in the realization of this pulley using special material and in particular the thermochemical treatment that gives it a very high resistance to wear and high mechanical resistance.
In order to fully utilize the range of the new dual-power compound group available today in competition, the new Malossi X K Belt MHR toothed belt is introduced, ensuring maximum performance under all operating conditions.
lOver Range is completed by the fixed semi-pulley that is raised to the diamond on the belt displacement surface and with a recalculated angle to subsequently increase the range of change.
Finally, for the integral complement of the Over Range system, the torsion controler is foreseen.
