ORIGINAL POLINI WAVE SPRING FOR VESPA 50/125 SMALL FRAME
The new spring is the ideal replacement for the original spring of the Vespa 50/125 small frame.
The Polini Original Wave spring is a newly designed coil spring produced using high-precision construction techniques. Thanks to its new alveolar structure, it tolerates high loads despite its small size and ensures that the clutch's thrust surfaces are perfectly flat.
The length of the new spring block, compared to the original, is extremely reduced, allowing for a greater adjustment range and eliminating the problems of traditional circular section springs.
The Polini Original Wave spring is calibrated to withstand a load of 80 kg and is perfect as a replacement for the original spring on the Vespa Small Frame 50/125. The spring can be used on both original clutch plates and Polini clutch plates.
The Polini Original Wave spring has been designed for original 3-disc clutches and for Polini 4-disc clutches.
It is recommended to mount the spring on both original and cast Polini engines.
