Power Jet System: Provides extra fuel at high revolutions, based on a small diaphragm that is responsible for injecting this extra fuel as if it were a turbo. The power jet system is simple but ingenious. It is a duct that goes from the float bowl (the part of the carburetor where fuel is stored) to the intake, that is, to the air suction area of the carburetor (where the power filter is housed). The more revolutions the engine reaches, the more air enters the carburetor, which generates a large depression within the power jet circuit, causing a small amount of fuel from the float bowl to rise through the duct to the air intake of the carburetor. This mixture of air + fuel enters atomized into the engine, providing extra performance at high revolutions, increasing top speed, response, and power. By regulating this small diaphragm, we can also control at what revolutions we want the power jet to come into action.
