COMPOSITION

The composition of GlucoGen® is based on amylopectin from waxy corn (Wazy Maize) that presents a branched structure that offers more surface for the action of digestive enzymes, which act more easily and quickly in the glucose absorption process, without the glycemic index in the blood rising and without heavy digestion, passing to the bloodstream, liver and muscles 130% faster than conventional carbohydrates. And Isomaltulose (Palatinose®) is totally absorbed in the small intestine, having very similar characteristics to amylopectin.

USE

Before and during training / competition: Depending on the duration and intensity of your training, take a portion 60g, 226 Kcal (1 measure from the measuring cup) add in half a liter of water, in refills before a test, or in the rest of a match for example, and in 1 liter of water the same measure during a long endurance test. If you weigh more than 80 kilos you can increase the dosage. To combine with NitroGen®, consult your coach or sports doctor.
