Ready-to-use, permanently elastic silicone rubber adhesive
Cures at room temperature by contact with the moisture film present on all surfaces and moisture in the air
Especially suitable for bonding and sealing materials with different rates of thermal expansion
Z. For example, metals, glass, ceramics, wood, textiles, leather, elastomers and thermosetting plastics with and between them.
Begins to cure after about 15 minutes (recognizable by a "skin formation")
Depending on the application, a full cure time of 24 hours to several days should be expected.
After full cure, good chemical resistance, eg, to water, weak acids and alkalis, fuels and lubricants, inert and combustible gases, oxygen, hydraulic fluids, etc.
Wide application temperature range, from -70 °C to +200 °C with continuous load.
It is suitable for gluing and sealing narrow gaps, as well as for filling joints and large gaps.
Silicone rubber adhesive has non-stick properties
Lacquers, paints and other media do not adhere to cured omniVISC surfaces
It has very good electrical insulation properties
Resistant to abrasion, moisture, weather and chemicals
Suitable as a protective coating
