3M Lids for the PPS 2.0 Paint Processing System are an essential part of our complete solution for metering, mixing, filtering and applying paint.
These lids fit small or medium PPS 2.0 paint cups and medium, small or micro inner cups. The disposable lids of the PPS 2.0 system have been improved,
so each cap has a quarter-turn locking ring, a domed design to optimize spray characteristics, and a wider fluid tip.
Meanwhile, the newly developed adapter provides a more stable connection to the gun. Lids feature an integrated 200 micron filter,
such as those commonly used with solvent-based paints. Unlike conventional paint cup systems made of aluminum or other metals,
with the PPS you don't have to mix the paints in a separate glass and strain them into a paint container. This reduces paint consumption.
And every time you mix, a new lid and inner cup are used, greatly reducing the risk of outside contamination.
By using this system, you can increase preparation and cleaning productivity by up to 50% and use up to 70% less cleaning solution than traditional paint cup systems. PPS stainless steel adapters allow you to use the PPS 2.0 system with virtually any pistol.
