Sleeve sanding:

Sanding sleeves are made of helically wound abrasive cloth, lined and glued with a cotton cloth. Abrasive sleeves can be used on metals, leather, glass, plastics, and wood. They are ideal for paint removal, surface cleaning and sanding applications. They can be used on both electric and pneumatic powered tools and must be fitted to the specific size of the grooved rubber support body.
