TEROSON VR 625 rust converter
Suitable for all types of rust.
Organic components convert rust (iron oxides) into a stable complex compound
The color indicates the drying process: Transparent -> slightly brownish -> dark blue -> brownish / black
The synthetic resin used as film binder material forms a lacquer-like protective film when dry.
Easy to sand protective film
The protective film has excellent adhesion and can also be used as a primer.
An additional primer is no longer necessary
Suitable for use on all iron substrates.
NOT suitable for parts exposed to heat (for example, exhaust systems, stove pipes)
Request:
Shake the spray well before use. The application is made at a distance of approximately 20 to 30 cm from the surface. Apply 2 - 3 coats "wet on wet" and make sure there are no "tears". Wait for the product to transform and let it dry. If a top coat is to be applied, the substrate should be sanded accordingly. The dry coat is paintable (after approx. 16 hours) with most industrial and repair paints.
