Gedore Automotive SAC clutch tool set in plastic case
Suitable for SAC clutches (3 and 4 hole pitch), eg VW / AUDI, BMW, MERCEDES, VOLVO, OPEL, RENAULT etc.
The tool kit is required for professional removal and installation of SAC (Self Adjusting Clutch) couplings.
Without this set of tools, proper removal and installation is nearly impossible because the coupling can be seized or damaged. This will result in improper disconnection or "grab" of the clutch. A faulty or forced built-in clutch is faulty and must be replaced.
The tool kit prevents damage to the SAC coupling during disassembly and assembly, as well as rotation of the adjusting ring on the pressure plate.
The newly developed clutch centering tool allows the clutch disc to be centered on vehicles without a pilot bearing on the crankshaft. The two clamping / centering elements ensure precise centering on the clutch disc on the first clamping element (Ø 15 - 28 mm) and precise centering on the pilot bearing or crankshaft bore on the second clamping element (Ø 15 - 28 mm). 12-28mm).
