Engine lubricating oil SPECIFIC RN17 5W30

Lubricant specifically designed for some new generation vehicles of the RENAULT group (Renault, Dacia, Samsung) manufactured since 2018 with gasoline or diesel engines that require an oil with RENAULT RN17 regulation. In compliance with RN17, MOTUL SPECIFIC 17 5W-30 also covers the requirements of the RN0710 and RN0700 regulations, so it can be used in previous generation engines that require them.For those diesel engines not compatible with RN17 manufactured until September 2018, which exceed the EURO 6d regulation, they must use lubricants with the RN0720 specification as MOTUL SPECIFIC 0720 5W-30. MOTUL SPECIFIC 17 5W-30 is compatible with DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter), SCR (Selective Cathalytic Reduction), catalytic converters and GPF (Gasoline Particulate Filter). Certain engines cannot use this type of lubricant. In case of doubt, always consult the vehicle maintenance manual.
