Quickfit 42MS metal valve, TR525, for steel and aluminum rims.

With the REINHEIMER QF sealing concept, the clamping forces are introduced directly into the metal of the rim.

The seal can fulfill its mission without being affected by external forces.

As a special feature, the valve has an internal hexagon in the foot, with which the valve can be easily fixed during assembly.

This reliably prevents damage to the foot seal due to accidental rotation of the valve stem.

The KST disc is firmly pre-mounted, the sleeve can be slipped over the metal valve cover.

The valve base is manufactured according to ETRTO.

After the manufacturing process, the function and tightness of the valve is checked.
