Hella electronic immobilizer for agricultural and construction machinery

The HELLA electronic immobilizer secures your vehicle against unauthorized use*.

Once installed, the immobilizer is fully integrated and cannot be detected by unauthorized persons.

The replacement of a stolen vehicle entails economic losses, economic losses and long periods of inactivity. The immobilizer can make it difficult to steal.

The HELLA immobilizer is a recognized immobilizer from the KBA *74 / 61*95 / 56*0501*00.

Compatible Ignition Switches:

The immobilizer can be used with all HELLA ignition switches from the 6JB 003 959-0.. series (see also accessories) and switches of identical design available on the market.

Electronic key:

The electronic key is based on contactless transponder technology. The transponder (transmitter and receiver unit) has its own battery-free power supply and is permanently integrated into the mechanical key of the ignition switch.

Immobilizer Activation:

The immobilizer is activated as soon as the mechanical key in the ignition switch is moved to or remains in position "0" (automatically after 5 seconds). The immobilizer is activated by switching off up to 3 operationally relevant control units, eg starter, ignition and fuel pump.

Immobilizer deactivation:

The immobilizer is deactivated with a valid mechanical key and a valid electronic key (transponder). The transponder is read as soon as the mechanical key in the ignition switch has connected terminal 15. This means that it is necessary to open the mechanical lock first before checking the electronic key.

Tamper Protection:

It is not possible to tamper with the immobilizer when the ignition is off. The immobilizer is deactivated by closing up to 3 operationally relevant control units, eg starter, ignition and fuel pump. An interruption or malfunction of the power line or other control lines does not disable the immobilizer or clear data (for example, data codes).

Assembly instructions

* The use of the immobilizer cannot prevent theft, but it can make it more difficult. The mounting of the immobilizer must be carried out correctly and professionally by qualified personnel.

** 2 keys are included in the scope of delivery, a maximum of 10 keys can be programmed per immobilizer control unit.
