The SKF shock absorber head is equipped with a "monobloc" type seal for ease of maintenance and improved performance.
Recommended for a standard overhaul and/or to improve shock performance.
Factory heads usually come with other components such as seals, bumpers, washers... When reconditioning and refitting these components small air cavities are produced, causing an emulsion during operation. The SKF head, being a monobloc, minimizes this emulsion for a more stable assembly and better performance. Advantages: Easy to install. Friction reduction. Increased performance and reliability. Wide temperature range (-40 to +150°C). Reduces the height of the head, thus increasing its travel.
The kit includes: Monobloc head.
