Rizoma turn signals are supplied with two pairs of resistors (10 W / 15 O each).

For motorcycles equipped with an indicator on the dashboard (only BMW R nine T models from 2017 onwards), to avoid errors, we recommend installing Rizoma EE149H (3 W - 38 O) resistors that completely replace the use of the included resistors with Rizoma indicators, therefore, they should not be used.



The installation of the Light Unit S indicator provides several options.

REAR POSITION

- In OEM configuration with mounting kit for Rizoma rear indicators combined with the FR440B technopolymer bracket.

- Applied to the Rizoma license plate holder, which already includes the mounting kit for rear turn signals, combined with the FR440B technopolymer support (to be purchased separately).

- Using the FR444B biadhesive mounting kit, placing the turn signals in position according to current regulations.

The assembly of the Light Unit S always requires the use of adequate wiring for the installation of the Rizoma indicator on your own motorcycle. The wiring kit is sold separately.



Attention, since the Rizoma multi-function rear turn signals (model S) also fulfill the functions of position light and rear brake light, they can only be installed in cases in which:

- Rizoma has developed a license plate kit with specific wiring, so that this allows the elimination of the original brake light (OEM) by virtue of the installation of the three-function indicators;

- Also, if the bike has multi-function turn signals as standard, Rizoma has created a specific plug&play wiring kit.

For this reason, we always recommend checking the list of products compatible with your motorcycle. In cases where model S indicators are not offered, it means that the possible specific license plate holder is not suitable for the elimination of the original brake light (OEM) or that the substitute wiring for the multi-function indicators is not available.

The wiring kit is required to mount the turn signals.

A: On the motorcycles tested by our R&D department, four turn signals are always fitted (whenever possible). We recommend contacting a specialized workshop or trying to compensate the installation with resistors.



Q: My motorcycle is equipped with LED indicators as standard. Do I have to use resistors if I ride the Rizoma turn signals?

A: No, they are generally not used.
