MOTUL 5100 4T 10W-50 is specifically designed for urban, road, trail, cross bikes, etc., with four-stroke engines and with or without an integrated gearbox. Fits dry and lubricated clutches, engines designed to run on low viscosity lubricants and equipped with exhaust gas aftertreatment systems (catalysts, air injection into the tailpipe) that require compliance with API SM.
This product is reinforced with an ester base that guarantees anti-wear properties, greater protection and useful life of the gears and an improved resistance of the oil film at high temperature. It guarantees better operating conditions for catalysts thanks to its phosphorus and sulfur content.
It offers the most effective levels of friction to ensure clutch performance in all three driving modes: start, throttle and constant speed. SAE xW-50 high temperature viscosity grade is specifically designed for single, twin, multi-cylinder, etc., high displacement engines.
The API SM standard is fully compatible with API SL and the rest of the previous API standards.
