Mahle oil filters reliably prevent dirt particles from entering the lubrication circuit and thus maintain both oil quality and engine performance and economy.

Advantages of Mahle oil filters:

- Cold start resistance given by a stable pleat geometry.

- Reliable separation of contaminated and filtered oil thanks to high-quality sealing materials and precisely fitting connecting parts

- Load peaks of up to 20 bar are compensated by the high pressure resistance of the housing

- The oil supply is guaranteed at all times by means of a pressure relief valve (in the case of viscous oil, as occurs in cold start phases or at low outside temperatures, as well as in the case of a heavily contaminated filter element because the change interval has been exceeded)

- The non-return valve prevents the filter from emptying when the engine is switched off and guarantees a quick supply of oil when the engine is started.
