TO ASSEMBLE THE POWERHOSE PLUS BRAKE HANGERS: You will need an 11mm spanner together with a 14mm spanner.
You will need to verify the head compatibility for the master cylinder and calipers before proceeding with your replacement.
Loosely assemble hose to end fittings and attach to machine.
Remember to renew all copper washers where they are used.
Make sure the hoses are correctly routed.
Avoid squeezing well just yet.
Check the operation of the fork and suspension arm to make sure the hose is not caught or stressed when turning.
Tighten all connections (do not over tighten as it is copper and this will act as a sealant).
Bleed the system according to the motorcycle manufacturer''''s instructions.
Check all joints for leaks under pressure (operate brake lever and pressurize system) and Inspect regularly.
