ElectroSport manufactures the ESG221 using a modern stator core made of highly magnetically conductive material to minimize magnetic losses. We use the finest copper wire for the windings, which are installed using our computer-controlled winding machines to achieve optimal winding quality.
Due to improved materials and production processes, as well as a modified winding configuration, this ESG221 stator generates less heat than the original unit, drastically improving reliability.
We use the best quality lead wires with insulation that is highly resistant to abrasion and heat, and we install the rubber seals and connectors to fit the bike exactly.
ESG221 offers superior performance and reliability compared to the OEM stator and like all stators made by ElectroSport it is also covered by a full one year warranty.
