ERC CatClean special additive
For use in diesel fuel to burn off soot deposits in Diesel Particulate Filters (DPFs)
It is added in a specially designed container.
Thus, it can be mixed with the fuel and is already effective in the combustion chamber.
It ensures permanent regeneration of the diesel particulate filter with additives during operation and thus protects the diesel particulate filter for a longer service life.
Without any maintenance effort, without downtime, without problems, the filter is permanently kept free by direct burning of the deposited soot particles
It has a catalytic effect and reduces the ignition temperature of the soot to approx. 350 °C, so that even with low loads and correspondingly lower temperatures, continuous combustion of the soot can be ensured (ideal for short-distance vehicles).
Suitable for all filter materials and does not change the quality of the diesel
It can be used in any diesel or aggregate engine with additive particulate filter systems, from trucks to forklifts, co-generators and of course also turbo diesel engines.
The possible uses are almost unlimited and lead to better burning and thus a reduction in soot, even during the combustion process.
This ensures filter regeneration saving time and money with drastic environmental relief.
